Dearest Aurora,
While I agree we want to get out of our own way for healing to manifest, as it already exists on a higher turn of the spiral (something once realized becomes “reality”), the negative and positive you mention are polarities. When the polarities are worked with consciously we can go to even higher phases of consciousness.
Here is a reading from A Search For God Book 2, pg. 73 (Edgar Cayce):
Man in his natural state is soul. In the beginning all souls were created in the image of the Creator. Thus the first creation was spiritual.
