Thanks Deepak!!
A poem for everyone, Deepak you must know this one.
Do not go to the garden of flowers!
by Kabir
English version by Rabindranath Tagore
Original Language HindiDo not go to the garden of flowers!
O friend! go not there;
In your body is the garden of flowers.
Take your seat on the thousand petals of the lotus, and there gaze on the Infinite BeautyThis post has received 1 vote up.-
Such a beautiful poem Paul, thank you so much! I haven’t read it before.
If we sit steadily on the lotus, we don’t lose ourselves in the garden, no matter what. Not if it’s wonderful, not if it’s terrible.Have you seen the discussion about love? Readers Ask: If Love Heals, Why Not Heal the World?
I wonder what you think of it. Is love the same as sitting on the lotus?

I just postet this Intent @ intent.com & on Facebook. My Intent is to be an ambassador of Love
I think your question
“I wonder what you think of it. Is love the same as sitting on the lotus?”
Is a good one for Deepak.
I will meditate on it.
Hope you are having a nice day.
Lovely photo you posted here, looks nice, I am up for a picnic.
I loved that photo you posted on Facebook of the awesome night sky there. Do you & you’re lover go camping under the stars? That is one of my favorite things to do.This post has received 1 vote up.-
Paul, I’m glad that you will meditate on it, am looking forward to whatever asking or answering will arise from there.
So glad you liked the picnic, I thought it’s an experience we might want to share 🙂Here is the night sky you saw, thanks for bringing it back to me.
Camping under the stars is something I long for. Sweden, where I live, is a bit special, for every time there is a starry night sky, it is also very cold. In summer the day is so long that there is no darkness nor stars to watch, but I do lie in the grass and watch the birds flying high…
Still, now that the longing is here, I will surely manifest a warm night under a starry sky. We can give ourselves any experience we want, can’t we? 🙂

Paul, those are some really nice ideas 🙂 Thank you so much for the invite, you never know. California is such a fantastic place to be carefree. On my walks in Santa Monica last year I saw people sleep on the grass by the beach and … you know, it was hard to tell if they were homeless and unhappy or simply free enough to enjoy the embrace of the earth. I hope you enjoy the possibilities! 🙂
