    The Mind

    When the Spirit
    Puts her foot
    On the head
    Of the serpent
    Game over

    The mind is
    A worthy adversary
    A worthy opponent
    But no match
    For the spirit

    Spirit trumps mind
    She created the mind

    Overcome the mind
    Do not see it
    As an obstacle
    But as a stepping stone

    As soon as mind and world is seen as one’s own creation, the fight is over. Let’s realize, as the Vedantic sages described, that the serpent was just a rope 🙂
